HAIRCUT + HEALING = $180 REIKI HAIRCUTS + QUANTUM HEART HEALING SESSION. This experience is 1.5. hours and includes a powerful healing experience. You will drop into the heart and meet your higher self, connect to what you truly desire, and what it is time to let go of to receive it. We will then move into a powerful somatic breath work practice that will recalibrate your nervous system and make space for clarity and aligned embodiment. 

Somatic Yoga + Healing= $180 Movement and Breathing deep into the body and discover what memories, beliefs and stories and creating your life from the subconscious mind. You will experience deep yoga stretches in unison with a mindful meditation followed by a breath work practice that will support moving the energy and beliefs that were discovered in the process to recalibrate the nervous system into a new story. 

Quantum Heart Healing Intro Session- $250This is a 1.5 hour - 2 hour session. We will drop into your heart and into your body and discover what is blocking you from embodying your hearts desires. This session is an introduction to the 3 month program, where we will get to the root cause of your blocks and replace them with new beliefs. 

Quantum Heart 3- month Container - $2000This container includes the Quantum Heart Method 7 module program and 6 1:1 sessions over the span of 3 months. In this program you will learn how to do somatic work with your body and build a relationship with your inner child, higher self, and emotions. You will be fully equipped on how to do the inner work, change your belief systems and embody the consciousness if your authentic self.
